Copic and Prismacolor Marker Collection

I just thought I would take a minute and share my collection of markers. Some I have had for years, while others I have collected over the past few months. They are all Copic Sketch, and Prismacolor Brush markers.

I am not sure how many people have heard of the brush markers from Prismacolor, they seem to be fairly new. I took a picture comparing the Prismacolor brush marker to a Copic Sketch. I find that the Prismas are excellent quality markers, and are actually quite a bit larger, thus holding more ink (though, they are not refillable). The art store near my house carries the Copic Sketch markers for $6 per marker, while the Prismacolor Brush markers are $4 per marker.

So, if you are on a tight budget and looking for some excellent quality markers, I highly recommend the Prismacolor brush markers. Unless, of course, you are looking for something that is refillable, or that works with the Copic airbrush system.
